justify\"\u003e4月17日上午，贵州茅台对南方周末记者表示，2026年以来，茅台坚持以消费者为中心，正深入推进营销体系全面市场化转型，以市场为导向，构建“随行就市、相对平稳”的自营体系零售价格动态调整机制，确保企业持续稳定健康发展。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e分季度来看，2025年，茅台第四季度净利润同比下滑，是导致全年表现不佳的主因。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e第四季度，公司实现营收403.84亿元，归母净利润为176.93亿元，同比下降了30.34%，环比下降7%，是全年四个季度中贡献净利润最少的一个季度，显著低于市场预测。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e对于这组数据，白酒行业内并不感到意外。蔡学飞对南方周末记者表示：“这是茅台一次罕见的‘主动急刹车’。”\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e据蔡学飞介绍，面对2025年四季度传统旺季市场需求偏弱，茅台在12月全月暂停向经销商发货，通过大幅收缩供给来调整市场，以牺牲短期报表为代价，强力维护价格体系和渠道生态健康。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e同时，白酒行业在四季度处于深度调整的“筑底期”，消费场景收缩、渠道库存高企，行业处于“微弱不景气”区间，白酒板块季度跌幅明显，机构也在减持，这对于茅台酒的四季度表现也有影响。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e换言之，2025年四季度茅台采取了“控量保价”的市场策略，通过主动控货，让市场实际成交价止跌回升。2025年12月，贵州茅台暂停向经销商发放所有茅台产品，直至2026年1月1日再适当恢复发货。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e根据第三方平台酒价数据，当时飞天茅台原箱的行情价为1520元/瓶，散瓶价格一度跌至1485元/瓶上下，跌破当时1499的官方建议零售价。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e“茅台能管好水龙头，那么市场价就会好一些，如果管不好，酒价就会跌。”一位曾重仓茅台的个人投资者对南方周末记者表示。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e酒水行业研究者、千里智库创始人欧阳千里认为，从数据上看，的确是第四季度营收、利润下滑导致全年业绩下滑。原因主要包括四季度距离春节尚有一段时间，消费力仍未回暖。其次，双十一、双十二使得普茅价格持续走低，线下消费趋于即买即用等。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e2025年12月中旬，贵州茅台在控量保价外，还宣布将减少经销商非标产品的配额。这是因为当时如茅台15年、生肖茅台等非标产品的市场成交价已低于经销商打款价。减少这部分产品配额，可以让经销商在年底资金压力较大时，得到适当的减负，避免出现抛售行为。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\u003cp justify\"\u003e贵州茅台交出的2025年年报中，分红也颇为慷慨。公司拟实施2025年年度利润分配，向全体股东每股派发现金红利27.993元(含税)，合计拟派发现金红利约350.33亿元。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e此前的2025年11月，贵州茅台公告实施中期利润分配，拟向全体股东每股派发现金红利23.957元（含税），合计拟派发现金红利300.01亿元。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e蔡学飞提出，名酒基本已经见底，价格筑底完成了。“不过现在依然处于低谷，头部名酒今年可能会出现弱反弹，具体需要多长时间行业反弹，任重道远”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e酒仙网集团合伙人路平同样认为，白酒调整得差不多了，包括股价。在他看来，白酒企业的业绩，基本上只要控住量，市场的基本需求还是有的。目前市场价格比较合理，也避免了中间商因暴利囤货带来的市场紧缺。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align:
